**Job Title**: SEO & Off-Page SEO Executive

**Location**: Chennai - Remote

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Off-Page SEO & Link Building**
- Develop and execute effective **off-page SEO strategies** to increase domain authority and search rankings.
- Conduct **high-quality link-building** through guest posting, blog outreach, forum participation, and influencer collaborations.
- Build **backlinks from high-authority domains** through ethical and white-hat SEO techniques.
- Identify and remove **toxic or spammy backlinks** to maintain a healthy link profile.
- Leverage **social bookmarking, business listings, and local citations** to improve brand visibility.

**2. SEO Strategy & Optimization**
- Research and implement **latest SEO trends and algorithm updates** to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor **competitor backlink strategies** and develop an action plan to outperform them.
- Collaborate with the content team to **optimize content for external publications** and guest posts.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush**.

**3. Technical SEO & Website Authority**
- Work with the web development team to ensure **technical SEO best practices** are met.
- Conduct **SEO audits** and suggest improvements in page speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Assist in local SEO strategies for Google My Business (GMB) optimization.

**4. Content Marketing & Outreach**
- Identify and engage with **industry influencers and bloggers** for backlinking and PR opportunities.
- Create and distribute **SEO-friendly content** for link-building campaigns.
- Promote website content through **forums, Q&A sites (Quora, Reddit), and niche communities**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Experience**: 1-3 years in SEO and off-page optimization.
**Proficiency in SEO tools**: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc.
**Strong understanding of Google algorithms** and search engine ranking factors.
**Expertise in link-building strategies** and off-page SEO techniques.
**Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress** for SEO improvements.
**Excellent research skills** to identify high-authority backlink opportunities.
**Strong analytical skills** to track SEO performance and generate reports.
**Good communication skills** for outreach and collaboration.

**Preferred Qualifications**

✔ Experience in **content marketing, digital PR, and outreach campaigns**.
✔ Familiarity with **local SEO and Google My Business (GMB) optimization**.
✔ Knowledge of **affiliate marketing and eCommerce SEO** is a plus.
