Job Overview : As a Growth Associate at Motozite, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with our high net-worth clients and closing high-ticket deals. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury automobile market.
You will be the face of Motozite, representing our brand to some of the most discerning buyers in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients.
● Understand clients' needs, preferences, and lifestyles to offer personalized vehicle recommendations.
● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales and Deal Closure:
● Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing high-ticket deals.
● Conduct product presentations and test drives.
● Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales while maintaining profitability. Market Analysis and Strategy:
● Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury automobile market.
● Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
Customer Experience:
● Ensure seamless and luxurious customer experience throughout the sales process.
● Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
● Gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, particularly in high-ticket items or luxury goods.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● In-depth knowledge of the luxury automobile market is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● High level of professionalism and integrity.
What We Offer:
● Competitive salary of ₹50,000- ₹65,000 per month (₹6L- ₹7.2 LPA in hand) Plus
incentives upto ₹40,000
