Professional Services Consultant

As a consultant in the Professional Services team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities as a subject matter expert in our software products. You will deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our software products, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation.

About The Role:

In this opportunity as Consultant, Professional Services, you will:

• Deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting.
• Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our software products and services to new and existing customers.
• Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager.
• Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert.
• Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required; and
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Consultant, Professional Services if you have the following qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
