• Design & Architect: Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design scalable, robust, and performant software solutions that meet business requirements.

• Develop & Implement: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Java, but also contributing to .NET applications. In addition, you'll be building and maintaining RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

• Test & Validate: Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Production Support: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring system stability and performance.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies, and integrate AI models and tools to gain productivity and efficiency in day-to-day activities.

• Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices.

• Curious Mindset: A genuine passion for understanding how things work, asking "why," and constantly seeking new knowledge and better ways to solve problems.

• Eager to Learn: A proactive approach to expanding your skill set and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

• Solid Foundation in Java: Proven experience with Java development, including frameworks and best practices.

• Web Services Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and consuming both RESTful and SOAP web services.

• SQL Savvy: Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL query writing.

• AI Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand, integrate, and potentially develop with AI models (e.g., using APIs, understanding basic ML concepts, or working with AI platforms).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to debug complex issues.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

• 3+yrs Experience in Java, .net and Familiarity with Vision 4GL programming language

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of front and back-end technologies (e.g. Swing, SalesForce, Informatica, .NET) is a plus.
