Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lien Negotiations Specialist to join our team. The role involves negotiating and resolving medical or legal liens on behalf of clients or insurance companies.

  • Identify, verify, and maintain a log of all medical liens (Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private Subrogation).
  • Negotiate directly with lienholders/subrogation departments to secure reductions.
  • Calculate final lien payoff balances based on statutory requirements.
  • Draft legal correspondence and maintain detailed lien records in the CMS.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and handle sensitive discussions
  • Basic understanding of liens, legal or medical billing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in a BPO/KPO environment supporting U.S. legal, insurance, or healthcare processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency is mandatory.
  • Commitment: Must be fully committed to the Onsite US Shift (Monday – Friday) schedule.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

  • Age Criteria: 21 to 35 Years is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
