Synoris is hiring a hands-on AWS Marketing professional to generate qualified demand for AWS services and support AWS co-marketing initiatives.

This role is revenue-aligned, working closely with AWS Sales, Presales, and AWS PDMs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation (Primary)

  • Design and execute AWS-focused marketing campaigns:
  • Cloud Migration
  • AWS Managed Services
  • Cost Optimization & Well-Architected Reviews
  • DevOps, Containers, Data & AI on AWS
  • Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the AWS sales team
  • Own monthly lead targets and campaign ROI

AWS Partner Marketing

  • Execute AWS co-marketing activities:
  • Webinars, workshops, roadshows
  • AWS-funded MDF campaigns
  • Case studies & success stories
  • Coordinate with AWS PDM / Marketing teams
  • Ensure compliance with AWS Partner Marketing guidelines

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage:
  • LinkedIn campaigns (AWS services & thought leadership)
  • Landing pages & lead forms
  • Blogs, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers
  • Manage email marketing & nurture campaigns
  • Support sales with pitch decks, brochures, and solution collaterals

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn / Google – B2B focused)
  • Track metrics:
  • CPL, CAC, MQL → SQL conversion
  • Campaign ROI
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–4+ years in B2B IT / Cloud / SaaS marketing
  • Experience marketing cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Proven experience generating B2B leads
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Marketing funnels
  • Account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, email tools, CRM integration
  • Strong coordination skills with sales teams

Good to Have (Big Plus)

  • Experience working with an AWS Partner
  • Knowledge of AWS services & value propositions
  • Experience with:
  • Webinars / virtual events
  • Partner MDF utilization
  • Exposure to FinOps, AI/ML, DevOps marketing

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Monthly MQL targets achieved
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Campaign-to-deal contribution
  • AWS co-marketing activities executed
  • Content assets delivered per quarter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹41,990.39 per month
