Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of Set up and maintain small office networks, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network security configurations.
  • Past experience of Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and liaise with ISPs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Raise support tickets with OEMs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Set up and manage web and physical video conferencing systems for meetings and events.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of AV equipment during live events.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all technical issues and resolutions.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of IT infrastructure and support activities.

Experience:

  • 2to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS office , Excel & Word
