Responsibilities

  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (Tier-1 institute preferred).
  • 45 years of experience in capital markets, management consulting, or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in market research and BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence executive decision-making, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to drive business development and growth initiatives.
