Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination with various vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 or equivalent project scheduling software.
• Preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to track progress and identify risks.
• Negotiation skills for vendor agreements, contract amendments, and conflict resolution.
• Preparing and submitting Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Weekly Progress Report
• Managing client billing and contractor billing processes.
• Cost control and budget tracking to ensure project financial objectives are met.

• Collaborating with finance and project management teams for forecasting and reporting.
• Utilizing MS Excel, MS Project, and other reporting tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Maintaining documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of site execution experience in Solar EPC
• Expertise in Primavera P6 or equivalent project scheduling software.
