Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and assistants.

• Plan, assign, and monitor electrical installation and maintenance work.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects.

• Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.

• Prepare reports, material requirements, and work progress updates.

• Train and guide team members to maintain quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial wiring.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Familiarity with safety codes, electrical standards, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

• Proficient in using electrical testing instruments and tools.
