AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI/ML Developer proficient in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine-learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. As an AI/ML Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype solutions, and deploy production-ready models.

Experience:

• 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for various business use cases.

• Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive or classification models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.

• Train, test, and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance.

• Maintain and optimize existing AI/ML models.

• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to propose new solutions.

• Prepare documentation and present technical concepts to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like NumPy and pandas.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Experience with AI/ML model deployment using Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools.

• Exposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of deep learning, transformers, or generative AI models (like GPT or Diffusion models).

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools.
