Job Summary:

We are looking for talented and analytical Software Analysts with a strong foundation in data science, data analysis and product design. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in using data-driven insights to design and optimize software products. Graduates from premier institutes such as IITs, DTU, or BITS will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and functional requirements to design efficient, scalable software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including developers, product managers, and data scientists — to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Utilize advanced excel and data science techniques to drive product insights, performance evaluation, and data-based decision-making.

Perform product and system analysis to identify areas for improvement or innovation.

Create clear and concise documentation such as business requirements, system specifications, and workflow models.

Work with large datasets to perform data analysis, visualization, and predictive modeling for business and product improvement.

Support the development and testing phases with detailed analytical inputs and design recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.Tech in any engineering discipline from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi Technological University or BITS.

3–7 years of experience as a Software Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.

Proficiency in data science concepts, data modeling, and data visualization.

Sound understanding of software design principles, API integrations, and system analysis.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in machine learning, AI-based product analysis, or predictive modeling.

Exposure to product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

Familiarity with SQL or other database querying tools.

Understanding of UI/UX principles in software design.
