  • Set and monitor sales targets; motivate staff to achieve and exceed them.
  • Handle high-value sales and important customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and support staff.
  • Create work schedules and assign duties.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment
