Job description

Technical Recruiter, screen and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. He/she will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Good computer literacy is a MUST.

Key & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and company culture to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status, feedback, and other necessary information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure successful onboarding for new hires.
  • Support HR department with administrative tasks as needed.
