Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, based in Lucknow. The HR Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions. Key responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting job openings across platforms, scheduling and conducting interviews, both in-person and virtual, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. The recruiter will also maintain applicant tracking systems, coordinate offers, and help onboard new team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting for a variety of roles.
  • Ability to create job descriptions, post job vacancies on appropriate channels, and conduct interviews.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
