Online Technical Support

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Online Technical Support – Advisor in India.

This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional technical support to a global customer base, focusing on online access and platform-related issues. The position involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality customer experiences while collaborating with a distributed team. You will work under defined SLAs to ensure timely resolution of issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing. Strong communication and analytical skills are key, as you engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical queries efficiently. This position blends customer service excellence with technical problem-solving, providing a platform to grow your expertise in a global operations environment.

· Provide technical support to internal and external customers across multiple channels, addressing online access and platform-related issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues by understanding systems, processes, and technical workflows.

· Collaborate effectively with a global team, providing updates and escalating issues to senior team members as required.

· Follow standard operating procedures to collect relevant information from customers and resolve tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

· Partner with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries and support broader customer service initiatives.

· Contribute to continuous improvement exercises, documenting processes, and supporting the development of knowledge base articles.

· Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

· –3 years of relevant experience in technical support, quality analysis, or related roles (backend support experience is a plus).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Self-motivated with initiative and strong organizational skills.

· Commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contributing to process improvements.

· Monthly salary range: INR 2.9–3.9 L.
