Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose:

To lead the strategic growth and geographic expansion of Torrent Diagnostics by identifying new markets, scaling operations, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue acceleration. The role demands a visionary leader who can balance innovation with execution and position the company as a leading player in the diagnostics space.

Strategic Imperatives:

  • Geographic Expansion: Identify and prioritize high-potential regions for entry. Develop scalable models for launching diagnostic centers and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth through diversified channels and offerings. Optimize pricing, bundling, and service mix for profitability.
  • Partnership Ecosystem: Build strategic alliances with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and insurers. Explore M&A, joint ventures, and franchise models for accelerated expansion.
  • Digital Transformation: Leverage digital platforms for customer acquisition, engagement, and service delivery. Expand reach through telehealth, home diagnostics, and mobile labs.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build robust acquisition engines and loyalty programs. Enhance customer lifetime value through personalized experiences.
  • Operational Scalability: Standardize processes and SOPs for rapid replication across locations. Ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to identify growth levers, monitor performance, and refine strategy. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the company's growth and expansion roadmap. Align cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Market Development: Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Launch new centers/services with speed and precision.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and onboard strategic partners across the healthcare ecosystem. Negotiate and structure commercial agreements.
  • Sales & Channel Development: Build and manage sales teams, channel partners, and distribution networks. Monitor performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Marketing & Brand Building: Lead integrated campaigns to drive awareness and demand. Position the brand as a trusted and innovative diagnostics provider.
  • Operations & Process Excellence: Ensure operational readiness and scalability in new markets. Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs including revenue, CAC, LTV, ROI, and market share. Present growth performance to leadership and investors.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education & Experience:

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree. 1015 years of experience in growth, strategy, or business development roles. Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or health-tech preferred.
