Position: Regional Manager – Sales
Location: Kolkata
Department: RSA Sales
Experience Required: 3–6 years in B2B/B2C automotive sales or allied services
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive business growth through channel development and consistently achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
· Conduct regular visits to dealers, service centers, and showroom owners to pitch products/services and build lasting relationships.
· Present solutions and proposals to potential clients during early-stage discussions to drive conversion.
· Execute sales plans, identify opportunities, and ensure effective implementation to generate business.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
· Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and create effective sales strategies.
· Manage used vehicle valuations in coordination with banks/financial institutions and ensure timely reporting.
Desired Skills:
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
· Automotive industry experience is a must (preferably RSA or related services)
· Ability to manage field operations and dealer-level engagement
