Job Title: HR Recruiter – Work from Home

Job Type: Full-Time (10 AM – 7 PM, Sunday & Festival Off)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Incentives (from day one)

About the Role:

We are hiring a HR Recruiter to join our team for a fully Work from Home role. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers or anyone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. You'll get structured training, mentorship, and incentives from day one.

What You'll Do:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Post jobs and source candidates on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
  • Make 50+ active calls daily and arrange at least 5 candidate lineups.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Google Sheets.

Interview Coordination:

  • Explain job roles clearly and schedule interviews.
  • Ask candidates to fill Google forms and share details.
  • Follow up until candidates join.

Training & Development:

  • Attend online training sessions and team calls.
  • Apply feedback to improve hiring skills.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Share daily progress with your team lead.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of hiring processes.
  • Willing to learn, accept feedback, and work in a disciplined manner.
  • Must have a laptop, internet, and a working calling number.
  • Fluent in Hindi & English.
  • Able to hire at least 10 joiners per month.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus but freshers are welcome
