**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter (agency or freelance)
- Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
- Language: English & Hindi

**Compensation**
- Attractive incentive-based model

**Note**: This is a freelance opportunity. You can work remotely and manage your own schedule as long as targets and timelines are met. No fixed Salary.
