Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bangalore Urban. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales initiatives to achieve business targets through banks assigned in a region. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, leading and training a team of sales professionals, identifying potential markets, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data to optimize and improve performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Training skills required
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Understanding of the health insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a sales management role is beneficial
