Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets for rice products.
  • Manage distributor and dealer networks, ensuring product availability and timely replenishment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key B2B customers.
  • Lead and guide a field sales team with proper performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Drive market expansion and acquire new customers across assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit control as per company policy.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of rice products and the rice trade market.
  • Excellent distributor and dealer management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and track performance of a field sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
