Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&V Manager to oversee daily operations, Sales, procurement, and category growth for our Fruits & Vegetables division.

Key Responsibilities :

● Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement of Fruits & Vegetables.

● Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with farmers and local vendors.

● Maintain consistent product quality and ensure timely procurement based on demand and seasonality.

● Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize wastage.

● Supervise storage, cold-chain logistics, and freshness standards.

● Prepare and verify GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) regularly.

● Monitor SKU performance and optimize product mix based on profitability.

● Work on Google Sheets, POS Billing Systems, and ERP platforms for data entry and reporting.

● Prepare category-wise P&L statements and analyze margins and sales trends.

● Minimize wastage, pilferage, and handling losses. Ensure hygiene and presentation standards align with

KIWI's brand value.

● Train and manage staff for produce handling and display.

● Coordinate with central management and regional sales & operations teams.

● Conduct city-wise supplier visits, audits, and category reviews.

● Should perform early morning mandi visits, flexible with timings with rotational shifts.

Qualification & Requirements :

● B.Sc or M.Sc in Horticulture or any related field.

● 3–7 years of experience in Fruits & Vegetables category management (retail or modern trade).

● Strong knowledge of procurement, quality control, and vendor management.

● Proficiency in Google Sheets, ERP, POS Billing, and GRN processes.

● Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

● Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across different cities (Delhi NCR, Dehradun & Tricity )
