AVIVYS believes that you can unlock your dreams with genuine efforts ​Role SummaryThe Head of Business Performance &Investments will act as the CEO's operational right hand, responsible formaximizing profitability through operational efficiency and disciplined P&Lmanagement, while also leading evaluation and execution of future investments.This leader will be groomed directly by the CEO to step into broaderresponsibilities in the following year. Core Focus AreasMargin Excellence: Deliver measurable improvements in gross margin and contribution margin.Operational Efficiency: Streamline business processes to reduce leakage, improve utilization, and strengthen accountability.P&L Stewardship: Own and manage a $50M+ P&L, ensuring discipline in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Investment Leadership: Assess, prioritize, and govern future investments in CloudSufi's factories, IP, and strategic growth initiatives.CEO Cadence: Establish and enforce an operating rhythm (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews) that ties directly to margin and efficiency KPIs.Decision Execution: Act as CEO proxy for operational decisions, ensuring follow -through across all functions. Required QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) — ICAI/ACCA/ICAEW (non -negotiable).15+ years of proven leadership experience in finance and operations, preferably within similar industries (technology services, consulting, SaaS, data/AI engineering).Demonstrated ownership of P&L ≥ $15M with track record of improving profitability.Strong cross -functional exposure (finance, delivery, sales, HR) with the ability to enforce operational discipline.ERP/BI/PSA systems experience; comfortable with data -driven dashboards for decision -making. Ideal CandidateOperates at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.Has credibility to drive change across peer leaders while reporting directly to the CEO.Sharp business acumen with ability to enforce today's discipline and make tomorrow's investment calls.Executive presence, resilience, and readiness to be mentored for a bigger role in the coming year. ​
