The Investment Banker will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting due diligence, performing financial modeling, and developing investment banking strategies. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating investment opportunities, preparing financial reports, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. The role requires strong analytical and finance skills to ensure effective decision-making and successful client outcomes.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Finance skillsExpertise in Financial Modeling and Investment BankingExperience with Due Diligence processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamRelevant experience in the real estate or investment industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
