Position - Senior Executive - AccountsQualifications - Semi Qualified ;\/span>Experience years Working Days - Monday to Saturday (2nd saturday off)Working hours - 10 am pmRoles and Responsibilities - a.  To upkeep/prepare, maintain, coordinate & supervise the preparation Books of accounts of the Bank in consultation & guidance of seniors & empaneled Auditors. b. To deal with all work related to and connected with GST/Income Tax/TDS etc. and to manage the payment of Taxes in coordination with empaneled Auditors/CAs with respect to the same. c. To analyze Tax -Audit Report, its follow -up and filing of requisite return with Authorities concerned. To compute tax and prepare tax returns in consultation with empaneled Auditors/CAs. d. To deal with IS Audit reports and its follow -up. e. To manage Bank's Investments by maintaining/analyzing records and to assist in making key strategic decisions in this regard. f. To prepare complete data base of GST/Income Tax/TDS etc. and related work of the Bank and to maintain proper records thereof in handling all Tax related matters of the Bank till its conclusion. g. To maintain records and ensure upkeep of Bank properties, furniture -fixtures, Vouchers and Stocks(Active/Dead). h. To manage effectively all accounting transactions, prepare budget, publish financial statements in time manner (including monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual closings) along with relevant compliances. i. To reconcile accounts payable and receivable, branch re -conciliation, suspense A/c and to review/analyze the balance sheet and profit/loss statement with daily Trial & supplementary reports. j. Works connected with Establishment, payment of all Bills for various services and other sundries and to maintain complete record thereof, including authorization of all HO vouchers (if required) k. To co -ordinate with Third party vendors pertaining to above said matter in order to efficiently maintain the records with respect to the same. l. To ensure Inter Bank reconciliation, correspondence/tie -ups, Liasoning with various Banking Associates & partners. Dealing with all sorts of Banking related investment, accounts upkeep and allied activities with associate banks. m. Checking/ink of CRR Register on daily basis & maintenance of the liquidity thereof. n. Actively dealing and maintaining minutes/drafts, records and documents pertaining to SLR/Non -SLR investments. Front office as well as back office management of investments as well as liasoning and correspondence/ tie -ups with SLR/Non -SLR trading associates and partners. o. Preparation and compliance of all sorts of reports, information pertaining to investment and taxation matters and furnishing the same to RBI and other Statutory/Internal or Concurrent Auditors. p. To work as authorized officer for concerned department. q. Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors and inspections and compliance. r. All Banking operations including coordination with central processing hubs and coordination with Associate Banking Partners s.    Handling Sarvatra, Saraswat, NPCI and other     Third Party Vendors related to Banking or Non Banking Activities (including vendors/Associates of Digital Products). t.   Co -ordination, Management and Liaoning with the Channel partners, Banking Peers and Associate Bankers for implementation and formulation of Digital Banking Products for increasing the overall Banking Business and Profitability.
