- **Salary**:Up to 7.5 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries through multiple digital channels.
- Support internal teams in operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure accurate execution of client transactions within timelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, policies, and codes of conduct.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 2 years + experience in international contact center (Voice Process Only)
- Strong problem-solving ability and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Graduate qualification required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and compliance-driven environment.
