Role Overview:The Guest Relations Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming orders at the Aubree Hub, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, aggregators, and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing service orders, online aggregator platforms, and providing exceptional customer support to uphold Aubree's premium service standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming service orders (direct customer, corporate, and in-store requests) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor online aggregator orders (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.), ensuring timely acknowledgment, preparation, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with the production, packing, and delivery teams to ensure all orders are fulfilled as per quality and timeline standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delays, or special requests.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Update order tracking systems and maintain accurate digital records.
  • Collaborate with the Hub Manager to optimize order handling, service speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards at all times.
  • Support in maintaining reports on daily orders, aggregator performance, and customer service metrics.
