Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) registered as charitable trust was initiated in 1982 as a unique leadership development academy with an aim to nurture, impart training and build capacities of elected representatives, political and social workers, as well as people involved in institutions and start-ups in social and political organizations.  Prabodhini is also involved in doing research in social, political, economic and agricultural arena. The intention is to take it to policy level. RMP is one of the unique institutions in the entire Indian

subcontinent having a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

To understand more initiatives of RMP like Knowledge Excellence Centre (KEC), IIDL (Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership), Socio-Political Research, Publications & various programs.

We are now looking for a professional who can lead the above and also bring newer dimensions to the current activities of Prabodhini.

Chief Programme Officer: RMP - Keshav Srushti, Uttan, Bhayandar Campus (Dist. Thane)

Proven leader with excellent communication and relationship building skill. Ten years or more experience in program management, supervision, and budgeting skills. Knowledgeable about socio political environments & should be able to identify training need offer relevant training programs to socio political groups.

Experience in establishing goals, prioritizing projects, creating standards, and monitoring quality and outcomes of the programs from offer to execution. Need to work with all other stake holder departments

Preference will be given to versatile candidate who have an experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a Social organization.

Skills:
Training design & content development and its execution, creating visibility for programs execute report writing, project proposals and documentation

Qualification
: Graduate/ Post graduate preferred in sociology, political science but not mandatory

• Experience:
  10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & program management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies

General Requirements:
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written  & spoken) is preferred. Computer literacy is must & proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint is desirable. Independent correspondence, planning & execution, strong communication public relations & computer knowledge. Salary commensurate with qualification & experience
