Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) position located in Hyderabad. The AGM will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure targets are achieved in alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include coordinating production processes, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with the management team to drive operational efficiency. The role will also involve creating strategic initiatives, optimizing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with production processes and quality control methodologies
  • Proficiency in operational management, resource allocation, and project coordination
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Understanding of tile manufacturing processes or experience in a similar industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in organizational management tools and software
