Data Analysis - Professional I

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the development and deployment of automation solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools, scripting languages, and process optimization techniques. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and reducing manual effort through scalable automation initiatives.

Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or custom scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes proactively.
• Document automation processes, technical designs, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders on automation tools and best practices.
• Contribute to the automation roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
