We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive growth, build client relationships, and contribute to our scaling journey.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Identify opportunities in Salesforce, web, and mobile app development.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Conduct meetings (virtual & in-person) and deliver presentations.
Negotiate, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the technical team for seamless delivery.
Track all sales activities using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2+ years of proven experience in IT/Software Services sales.
Salesforce sales experience = Big Plus.
Strong skills in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
