Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales professional to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and acting as a liaison between clients and the technical team. This role requires a passion for customer service excellence and a commitment to fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting, demonstrating the ability to exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication skills are required to navigate complex client interactions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational abilities are necessary to manage multiple client accounts and sales engagements effectively.
- Must be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with an emphasis on trust and integrity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information, sales activities, and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing priorities and client demands.
- Required to have basic knowledge of dental products and restorative systems to effectively communicate with clients.
- Possess a strong customer-oriented approach with a genuine passion to assist and resolve customer queries promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and address any issues.
- Track sales activity regularly and report on sales metrics to management, while identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and client details are maintained.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and customer service.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, balancing client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in sales strategies.
