Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming CVs and leads by opening and organizing files. You will actively reach out to leads via phone calls, assist with data management, and support various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening files as they receive CV's / leads
  • Calling leads
  • Data entry and management
  • Using various platforms to source leads
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
  • Answer Incoming calls

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or postgraduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools are highly beneficial.
