Field Recovery Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update customer outstanding ledgers.

  • Follow up regularly for payment collections.

  • Personally visit customers to collect overdue payments.

  • Coordinate with HOD to complete assigned tasks on time.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow-ups.


Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.

  • Must own a two-wheeler.

  • Proficient in basic computer operations.

  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory).

  • Basic accounting knowledge is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of total work experience (preferred).

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
