Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Automation & Industrial Solutions. The position is based in Mumbai.
  • Generate and qualify new leads, contributing to
    new business development
    and
    revenue growth
  • Conduct detailed
    customer mapping
    to identify potential stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide
    tailored automation or technology solutions
  • Deliver professional
    technical presentations
    and product demonstrations
  • Ensure timely
    order closure
    and contract finalization
  • Manage and grow
    existing customer accounts
    through consistent follow-up and support
  • Ready to handle targets  monthly/quarterly
    sales targets
    and contribute to overall business goals
  • Travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales
  • Strong Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Relevant experience in the industrial solutions sector is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
