Job Description – Sales Engineer (Male Candidate – Field Based)
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients on-site to promote and demonstrate company products.
- Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and demonstrations.
- Generate new business by identifying and developing potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback for product improvement.
- Work closely with the office sales team for proposals and documentation.
- Ensure timely after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales/technical sales preferred (freshers with strong interest can apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
Key Skills: Technical Sales, Negotiation, Market Development, Client Relationship Management, Travel Readiness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
