As part of our digital transformation initiative, Synergy Health 360 is expanding its offshore team to support the integration and optimization of AI-driven technologies across our clinical, administrative, and operational systems.

Position Overview:

The AI Technology Implementation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, customizing, and managing the rollout of AI and automation solutions that enhance the efficiency of U.S.-based clinic operations. This includes working with clinical data, EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve decision-making.

This is a remote offshore position, working closely with U.S. leadership teams, clinic managers, and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of AI-based tools for clinical documentation, workflow automation, scheduling, and patient communication.
  • Collaborate with U.S. operations, billing, and clinical management teams to map current workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Configure, test, and optimize AI systems to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and HIPAA requirements.
  • Develop data pipelines and dashboards to track operational performance, patient outcomes, and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with U.S. technical teams and vendors for API integration between EHR, CRM, and AI modules.
  • Monitor system adoption, collect user feedback, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with Synergy Health 360's strategic objectives and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI technology implementation, automation, or healthcare process optimization.
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath, OpenAI APIs, or healthcare-specific AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and U.S. healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams.
