**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Freelance or Fractional CTO** with proven expertise in **AI-driven technologies** to support our organization on a project basis. The ideal professional will combine **technical depth in AI/ML and generative AI** with **strategic technology leadership**, helping design, implement, and scale intelligent solutions aligned with our business objectives.

This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader who thrives in dynamic, innovation-focused environments and can provide both **strategic guidance and hands-on support** in AI product or solution development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the **AI and technology roadmap** aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Provide **strategic guidance** on integrating AI/ML, data analytics, and automation into business processes and products.
- Oversee **prompt engineering**, **LLM-based model development**, and **custom AI integrations**:

- Evaluate and select appropriate **AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud technologies** (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure **technical scalability, data security, and ethical AI compliance**.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for **AI implementation, MLOps, and automation**.
- Mentor internal tech or project teams on best practices for AI adoption and innovation.
- Stay up to date with **emerging AI technologies** and provide insights for future innovation opportunities.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Proven experience as a **CTO, Technical Architect, or AI Technology Consultant**, preferably in a freelance or project-based capacity.
- Strong technical background in **Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Generative AI**.
- Hands-on expertise in **LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering**, and **AI model fine-tuning**.
- Proficiency with tools and frameworks such as **Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face**, or similar.
- Experience with **MLOps, data pipelines, API integration, and cloud infrastructure**.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business and operational strategies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior exposure to **startups, research-driven projects, or digital transformation initiatives** is preferred.

**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 3 years in AI/ML domains.
- Prior experience in building or advising on **AI-based products, automation systems, or data-driven platforms**.

- Duration: Project-based (can vary depending on scope).

- Compensation: Based on project scope and experience.
