Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their solar energy needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Sales Employee will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and build strong relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally and effectively
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions and a passion for renewable energy is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field is desirable
- Previous sales experience, especially in renewable energy, is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative energy solutions to clients
