Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lucknow. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals. Additionally, the role includes providing training to team members and managing sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Sales, including prospecting and closing deals, with a goal-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and the ability to lead and support a sales team effectively
  • Ability to organize and deliver Training to team members to enhance their performance
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in technology or IT sales is advantageous
