Position: Circle Head & Area Head

Locations: Bangalore, Surat, Ahmedabad, Hoshiarpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

    Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of Cluster Managers / Branch Managers to achieve targets across multiple branches or locations.
  • Team Management:

    Recruit, train, and manage the performance of front-line sales managers and agents/advisors.
  • Target Achievement:

    Own the P&L for the region. Drive key metrics including new business premium, renewal premium, persistency, and agent productivity.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Identify market opportunities and create region-specific strategies to increase penetration and achieve growth.
  • Process Adherence:

    Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines and processes.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate business expansion.
