About the Role

We're looking for an experienced leader to take charge of our Chennai operations. You'll be the driving force behind smooth logistics, timely deliveries, and a motivated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape our service excellence in one of India's busiest metros.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end 3PL and last mile delivery operations within Chennai.
  • Develop strategies to optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve challenges.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing local team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing 3PL or last mile delivery operations, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the Chennai logistics landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Must be a local candidate based in Chennai.
