Role Task Document: VC Service Executive

Introduction:

As a leading company in the business of Leasing electric battery-operated 2-wheelers and batteries, we are committed to providing sustainable and eco-friendly mobility solutions. To ensure the smooth functioning of our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations and addressing various tasks related to battery point operations, customer interface, reporting, and more. Your contribution will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and maintaining the overall functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities:

VC Service Executive will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Maintaining Electric Vehicle Fleet:

  2. Preparing new vehicles in the fleet for allocation

  3. Ensuring timely service of vehicles
  4. Advising Customers on proper up-keep of Electric Vehicles & Batteries

  5. Ensuring Status update of EVs Under Repair / Ready for allocation on the Backend

  6. Repairing Electric Vehicles

  7. Assessing damage of EVs

  8. Preparing Estimate of damages & submitting to Supervisor / VC Manager
  9. Repairing the vehicle as per approved estimate

  10. Updating Status of Repaired vehicle to customer / VC Manager

  11. Warranty Claims from OEMs

  12. Identifying parts to be claimed under warranty from OEM

  13. Reporting such parts to Supervisor for claims

  14. Replacing such spare parts under warranty

  15. Spare Parts Management

  16. Reporting to Supervisor for spare parts consumed

  17. Reporting to supervisor for any critical spare parts requirements

Requirements:

  1. Possess technical knowledge and skills as a trained mechanic
  2. Familiarity with using WhatsApp for effective communication.
  3. Proficiency in using mobile apps for various tasks.
  4. Demonstrate a polite and professional attitude towards customers
  5. Experience in working in a team
