About the Role:

  • Topline Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This Executiveship is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real-time campaigns while strengthening their digital marketing skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to help execute digital campaigns, generate leads through online ads, and support overall brand and engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in improving Topline's online presence through strategic digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and assist in running digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts using targeted ads (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop content for social media, blogs, and Executiveal communication.
  • Execute strategies to increase online visibility, brand reach, and follower growth.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support SEO activities such as keyword research and website optimization.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies for insight and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or Digital Media.
  • Experience with social media management or content creation.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing is a plus.
  • Interest in performance marketing and lead generation strategies.
