Job OverviewThe primary role of CSR Lead is to engage with stakeholders, including employees, communities and government bodies, to identify and address social and environmental issues. Develop and oversee programs related to sustainability, community development and ethical business practices. Expertise in creating impactful CSR programs, managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives for achieving long-term sustainability goals, enhancing stakeholder trust and building a positive brand image.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company's mission, values and business objectives.
  • Designing, managing and overseeing CSR programs and initiatives, including sustainability projects, community outreach and philanthropic activities.
  • Present proposals, seek budgetary approvals and provide progress updates to the CSR Committee of the Board
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address social, environmental and ethical issues relevant to the business.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of CSR initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Explore and identify the potential CSR partners to invest in based on the defined priorities of Truhome; lead liasing with new and proposed CSR partners as per Truhome
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
  • Promoting awareness and engagement in CSR activities among employees and the broader community.
  • Representing the company at CSR-related events, conferences and forums to enhance our reputation and build partnerships.
  • Monitor time to time updation of the CSR Dashboards for tracking the status of the on-going projectsSkills and Competencies
  • Demonstrable experience as a CSR Head/Manager, Sustainability Manager, or similar role with 10-12 years in CSR or sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of CSR principles, frameworks and best practices in the context of the Indian corporate landscape.
  • Experience in managing corporate philanthropy and community outreach initiatives.

Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
