Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager located in Mumbai. The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies, coordinating and managing CSR projects, and promoting employee engagement in CSR activities. The role requires monitoring and assessing the impact of CSR initiatives, working with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the manager will prepare reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Corporate Social Responsibility skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in promoting employee engagement
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is a plus
