Role & responsibilities

  • Design and manage CSR programs focused on environmental sustainability, community development, education, health & sanitation, and skill development.
  • Build partnerships with NGOs, community groups, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and participation in CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure CSR compliance as per applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare annual CSR reports, impact assessments, board presentations, and disclosures for the companys annual report.
  • Prepare and manage the CSR budget; monitor fund utilization and ensure cost-effective implementation.
  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and impact metrics.
  • Promote CSR initiatives through internal and external communication channels.
  • Responsible for implementing, monitoring, & administering all programs on Education, Women Empowerment, Healthcare,Community/ Rural Development, Water and Sanitation,Environment, Skill Development and Livelihood.
