Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CSR initiatives, ensuring employee engagement in these initiatives, and managing projects related to social responsibility. Key tasks include analyzing social impact data, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and implementing CSR programs in alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement
- Bringing in CSR projects from around the world
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Project Management
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Social Sciences
- Experience in the agriculture or technology sector is a plus
