Overview: We are seeking a skilled CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER to support our community investment efforts in India and manage our philanthropic platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage grants and monitor the impact of CSR projects in India.">
  • Support the development and implementation of CSR strategies, policies, and annual action plans.">
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development with NGOs, community organizations, and beneficiaries.">
  • Support marketing and communications of CSR activities internally and externally.">
  • Work closely with international philanthropy team members to build on our strong international platform.">
  • Ensure compliance with India regulatory requirements and adherence to governance structures and processes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 6-9 years of experience in the development sector, with at least 3-5 years in Indian Corporate Social Responsibility.">
  • Strong understanding of the CSR Rules and requirements in India as per the Companies Act.">
  • Knowledge of livelihood and entrepreneurship models, community development, and the broader philanthropy space in India.">
  • Adept at using technology tools such as MS Word, Excel, PPT, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications, and presentation skills.">
  • Ability to thrive as a team player within a diverse and inclusive culture.">
